We were very upset to find out Booking.com deleted all feedback after Covid, claiming comments were not relevant. We had a 9.9 rating at the time. Staying at a quality B&B should be a memorable experience; one we should all have at least once in our lives!
Thank you sooo much for your hospitality this week and suggesting where to have dinner. It helps when you don’t know the area. We loved Spike and your love of animals, and breakfast was to die for, it took us all the way to Martinborough! See you again after our South Island tour in the Maui monster.

What a stay! Linnie is the most relaxed, attentive host you will ever meet. The rooms were spotless, the animals entertained the kids for hours and a full day of travelling effort (from Australia) was forgotten in minutes. Thanks Linnie, your extra efforts were most appreciated.

Need to get out of the City for a breather….Go to Amberfields Pirongia , experience great hospitality with Linnie and Peter in a grand rural setting, take a group of good friends step out from your busy life, you will be glad you did. Amberfields was the perfect short getaway after visiting Auckland with two girlfriends. The scenic route from the Waitomo Caves was just as breathtaking as the views from Linnie and Peter’s picturesque farm home. We were greeted with a lovely organic dinner and woke up to farm fresh eggs. Our stay there was definitely one of the highlights to our visit to New Zealand.
