We understand when on vacation, arrival times can be earlier or later. We like to be flexible so if you have a change of plans please phone, text or email us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Directions: We are conveniently situated between SH39 and SH3, making it easy to find, and just a 1 hour and 45-minute drive from Auckland International Airport.
Amberfields Reservation Policy
Two-Night Minimum Stay
Reservations are essential. We do not accept ‘walk-ins’ under any circumstances.
Payment Policy – Internet Banking prior to arrival
On making your booking, we require one nights accommodation to hold your reservation (via Internet Banking) and reserve the right to charge for the first nights accommodation if cancellation is later than 48 hours. The balance is to be paid prior to arrival via Internet Banking or by cash on arrival. Credit Card payment may be made by prior arrangement.
Amberfields Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to alter or amend your plans, please contact us as soon as possible. For a full refund, cancellation must be made a full 48 hours prior to the day of check in. For example, if your confirmed check-in is Friday at 4pm, you must cancel by Wednesday at 4pm of that week or the first nights cost will be charged. Balance to be paid prior to arrival via Internet Banking or by cash on arrival. We are however understanding if due to an emergency you have to cancel in which case a full refund may be given at our discretion, less any incurred costs.
